Registration and account :
Our dear client to ensure your successful use of the website, please follow the following steps:
  • Full and accurate data must be entered to create a personal account on our site.
  • Once the account is created, your registration confirmation will be sent to you by email or text message via phone number.
  • Your contact information is not internationalized and in complete confidentiality with Noor Optics client database.

 Procurement process and use of the site

- Browse the location and place the selected glasses in the shopping cart.

- Move to the shopping cart to start the procurement process.

Make sure your data is valid and complete

- To accept the purchase order: Your purchase order is accepted by us when we notify you to accept in writing (either by email or by text on the phone), and if we cannot accept your purchase order, we will notify you in writing or through a phone call, and the value of the product will not be deducted from your account.

- Payment: Your issuance of a purchase order is a mandate for us or any third party specializing in electronic payments to deduct purchases from the balance of your credit card or direct debit card, and we accept payment in the following ways:

  1. Credit card or debit card.

  2. Through your electronic wallet.

  3. Cash on delivery.

- To overturn the purchase process by the client: In just two hours for whatever reason, without incurring any additional costs.

- Cancel your order by us:

  • We have the right to cancel your application when:

        1) Non-payment of purchases when due.
        2) Your failure within the reasonable time we set you up to provide us with the information needed to deliver the products to you.
        3) Not allowing us within a reasonable period of time to deliver the products to you or failing to deliver them. 


Delivery delay


- If our delivery to the product is delayed for reasons beyond our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know, and we will take steps to minimize the consequences of the delay in delivery.

- If there's no one in your address to deliver the product and the product cannot be delivered by mail or through the shipping company, we'll let you know how to deliver the product or deliver it.

- If you can't deliver the product from us as agreed or you can't reschedule the product after it can't be delivered to you in your address, we'll contact you for further instructions.
   
- We will cancel your order in accordance with the existing terms of sale when we cannot contact you or arrange a new delivery or delivery date despite our continued efforts in this regard

- Product ownership: The products are owned by you as soon as we deliver them to you at the delivery address and pay off their full value.
- Bills: We will issue an electronic bill for your purchases and send it to your email immediately upon completion of the purchase.
- Replacement shall be within two days of receipt of the glasses by the client only, provided that they are in condition and in full accessories without any damage.
- The client shall bear the freight expenses for each shipment with the reconciliation of the difference in amounts paid and due
- Recovery: No lens recovery (lens assurance on manufacturing defects for a year). Goggles can be retrieved within 15 days from the date of receipt provided that they are in their condition and in their full accessories without damage.

 

The product has never been used, in its original state, cover and includes all cards and accessories. 
It must be in good condition, with all its accessories.

Reversibility and replacement

The wrong product is retrieved and your correct order is plugged in with the costs of delivery to be borne. The error is detected within only 5 days of the date of receipt of the product. 
In the case of (prescription/sunglasses) without lenses, the client is entitled to replace or retrieve them within 15 days.
In the case of (prescription/sunglasses) attached to lenses, the client may replace and retrieve only the frame of the glasses.

Reasons for return and replacement

Receiving a wrong product. 
Receiving of a product is not as described on the site.
Receiving of a damaged product.
If you change your mind.

RECOVERY AND REPLACEMENT

How to contact us for recovery and replacement: 

Call on customer service number  Or send an email explaining the product problem, and you'll be contacted by us.

How to refund the amount:

For products delivered, we will return the value of the fully returned product, including the fee for returning the product to us (with the exception of the shipment fee.)

Refunds will be the same as your reimbursement, as follows:

If you've paid in cash on delivery, we'll return the value to your electronic wallet, or if you've paid it under a credit /debit card, you can choose between refunding the credit/debit card or refunding to your electronic wallet.

 

GUARANTEE AND MAINTENANCE CENTERS

No repair or modification is recognized elsewhere other than the Noor optic branches only (“our locations” for detailed addresses and telephone numbers)  Or you can send an e-mail or call the customer service number on this site.
The warranty is for one year against the manufacturing faults of lenses and glasses.
The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
More than a year after the product was received 
Exposure of the product to chemicals (alcohol, etc.)
Exposure of glasses to direct heat or light (car dashboard, etc.)
Repair or modification of glasses elsewhere than mentioned above from our branches and our direct contact.
